HALLOWE'EN

WARNING:
HOMICIDAL MANIAC AT LARGE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES APPROACH.
This is the Hallowe'en Chainsaw Maniac. He comes out every Hallowe'en night to claim new victims. He stalks the streets of London seeking to satisfy his thirst for death and mayhem. He claims his victims using his weapon of choice, the chainsaw. He will generally cut off the victims limbs and will claim the little toe of his victims as a trophy. Nothing is known about the killer expect that he has claimed the lives of 47 people over the last 10 Hallowe'en nights. Be alert and if you hear the rumbling sound of a chainsaw be sure to run like hell... maw ha ha.

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

I haven't been flying (virtually speaking of course) recently but I want to change that. I have a few flights in mind. But before I do a full flight I must practice, like anything else. So I decided to take a Lufthansa Airbus A321 from Hamburg to do some touch-and-goes at Bremen. A touch-and-go is a practice landing but instead of coming to a full stop you simply power up again and take off straight away.

Coming in for my first touch-and-go at Bremen Airport.

Powering away from Bremen.

Touch down for my final touch-and-go.

I didn't reliese how out of practice I was but after a few times round I soon pick it all back up and I'm ready for those flights. An interesting note about the airbus featured today is that it is a repaint of an actual Lufthansa aircraft. Its construction was feature on a German childrens program so Lufthansa put the logo of the show on the aircraft. The logo can be seen in the first picture behind the last door.

PENGUIN DAY OUT

Every once in a while this penguin needs to take a break from it all and just relax. A Day trip to Bournemouth provided the perfect opportunity. It was windy but no overly cold but this penguin is now suffering the effects... blocked nose, headache and stuffiness.

Being beside the sea was nice... the fresh air, smell of the sea and the hunger. Yes hunger. Being next to the sea made this little penguin very hungry indeed. Perhaps soon this little city penguin will return to the sea... side that is.

Penguin thought of the day: "What is the difference between normal golf and American Golf".
